OUR SOLUTION
1. Concept: We proposed the fusion coffee shop format, uniting scandinavian simplicity with eastern dessert traditions. This approach immediately established uniqueness and positioned the project beyond the framework of an "ordinary cafe."
2. Identity and logo: We generated over one thousand concepts (using AI for references), after which the designer created three final, hand-drawn logos. The final logo combined warm tones, geometry, and eastern patterns. We created a complete brand book with the palette, fonts, and visual patterns.
3. Audience study: We developed over thirty client avatars—ranging from young professionals to business audiences. Based on this segmentation, we adapted the menu and communication.
4. Menu: We proposed unique breakfasts, low-calorie desserts, signature latte art, and a "children's line" of sweets. The emphasis was placed on combining traditional tastes with modern food trends.
5. Interior and design: We prepared a seventy-page guide for interior designers: covering everything from color solutions to tiling, furniture, and decor. The interior became an exact reflection of the brand: modern, yet with eastern accents.
