PUBLIC OFFER (TERMS OF SERVICE)

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This document constitutes the official offer (Offer) by Anna Furman, acting as a marketing and SMM specialist under the brand ESSENZA MARKETING, to conclude an agreement for the provision of services.
2. SUBJECT OF THE OFFER
The Offer applies to the following types of services:

• Consultation and development of Marketing Strategy and Positioning.
• SMM (Social Media Marketing) services and content marketing management.
• Creation of Visual Identity and corporate style (Branding).
• Analysis and Audit of current marketing activities.

3. PROCEDURE FOR CONCLUDING THE AGREEMENT (ACCEPTANCE)
Acceptance of the Offer terms (Acceptance) is carried out by performing one of the following actions:

• Filling out the application form on the Website.
• Confirmation of the application via email or instant messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram).
• Payment of the issued invoice.

From the moment of Acceptance, the agreement is considered concluded.
4. PAYMENT AND REFUND TERMS
All services are paid for based on prior agreement and the issued invoice. Payment confirms the Client's consent to the scope and cost of the services. Refund of funds is only possible in case the Executor is unable to provide the service due to their fault.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES
The Executor undertakes to perform services competently and on time. The Client undertakes to timely provide all necessary information and materials. Both parties are liable in accordance with the Civil Code of Italy (Codice Civile).
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All materials created within the framework of service provision (texts, design, visuals, strategies) are the intellectual property of the Executor until full payment is received. After full payment, the rights to use are transferred to the Customer.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY (DATA PROTECTION)
The processing of the Client's personal data is carried out in accordance with the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the current legislation of Italy on data protection. Full information on data collection and processing is presented in the Privacy Policy on the Website.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
The Offer is valid indefinitely and may be revoked or modified by the Executor at any time. All changes are published on the Website.
